POLICY

  • • No guests, pets, or children allowed inside the studio. There are no waiting areas. Translators are the only exception.

    • If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, have been sick in the past few weeks, have been in large gatherings or have been in contact with anyone you suspect or know to have COVID-19 please notify me and get tested immediately. Since we work in close proximity, I kindly ask to be mindful to stay safe during these times.

    • Upon arrival to the studio, please wait in your car and notify me. I will instruct you to come in.

    • All correction appointments must submit photos and receive approval by Lalita prior to booking an appointment. If an appointment is booked and brows don’t pass approval, deposit will not be refunded.

    • Those that have medical conditions from the health clearance list must submit a doctors note prior to booking an appointment. Failure to provide a doctors note beforehand will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment, forfeit of your deposit, and charged 100% service fee.

    • Studio policy and pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

    • All sales and transactions are final, there are no refunds.

  • • A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments which will go towards your remaining balance. Deposits are non-refundable. By placing a deposit, you agree to all of Orion Ink Studio’s terms & policies.

    • Not following pre-appointment care will lead to an appointment cancellation and forfeit of your deposit. You will have to place a new deposit to reschedule.

    • If you arrive later than 15 minutes to your appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled as there is not enough time to complete our session. You forfeit your deposit and must place a new deposit to reschedule. Please notify me if you are running late.

    Tattoos:

    Designs can be drawn up by placing deposit for the inquired concept(s) if client would like to see the design prior to setting an appointment date. This allows for the artist & client to decide if their styles align. The deposit can be transferred to an appointment date, otherwise it will be applied towards the design process. There are no refunds for unused designs — please ensure the artist’s style is exactly what you’re looking for prior to inquiring.

  • • Please email orioninkstudio@gmail.com 3 days in advance to reschedule/cancel your appointment to transfer your deposit. Deposit can be transferred once. Provide us with your full name and appointment date and time.

    • Rescheduling less than 72 hours notice, arriving later than 15 minutes to your appointment, or failure to follow pre-appointment care will forfeit their deposit and must place a new one in order to rebook. Pricing may be subject to change.

    • Appointment cancellations will forfeit their deposit. Please only book an appointment if you are committed to the service.

    • Only one reschedule allowed per appointment. Additional reschedules result in a full service charge for the missed appointment.

    No-show/same day cancellation results in full service charge of the appointment.

  • • All commitment fees, deposits, and payments are non-refundable.

    • Trainings can only be rescheduled with transfer of the deposit with at least a 2 week notice prior to training date. Deposit can only be transferred once.

    • Only one reschedule is allowed.

    • Any material provided during training is for student only. Replicating or sharing the material of any kind is prohibited.
